Why Would Someone want to Work with You?

Do you ever find yourself asking the question, “Why doesn't anyone want to join my network marketing opportunity?”  If the answer is yes, then I'm going to tell you that you are actually asking yourself the WRONG question. What you should really be asking is, “Why doesn't anyone want to WORK WITH YOU?”  In today's training I'm going to teach you why THAT'S the question you need to start asking yourself.   

Here's the hard truth that many network marketers have to learn: if you're struggling with recruiting people into your business, it's because the prospects that you are talking to feel like you don't have any unique value or skills to offer them.  Think of it like this, there are literally thousands of opportunities in the marketplace today.  Even within your own company there are probably thousands of people someone could join.  The question is, and the question always will be, why would someone join you?  

The one thing that I've come to understand is this: people don't join companies, they join other people.  Here's what you need to focus on if you want to become successful at recruiting.  Start focusing on increasing your value and learning how to market that value to the world every single day.

I want to introduce you to the concept of your “personal value level”.  Your personal value level is going to determine the amount of money that you earn in your network marketing business.  The more valuable you become in the eyes of your prospects and the marketplace, the more money you will earn.  

As you increase your personal value level, you become more attractive as a potential sponsor.  When you become an attractive sponsor, you begin to recruit more people into your business.  When you recruit more people into your business then you begin to make more money.  It's a very simple equation.

So the question is, what does increasing your value mean?  Increasing your value means you have to begin to work on gaining new knowledge and skills every single day.  When you start to gain more knowledge you begin to gain confidence.  When you are more confident, you become more attractive.  When this happens you begin to start to attract people to you and your business.  

People will start joining you in your business because they feel that by associating with you that they'll gain some sort of power.  They feel that they can learn something from you, and that you can help them achieve some sort of a goal that they have in their life.

Why Would Someone want to Work with You?

When we talk about increasing your value to other people, here's an important fact you need to understand.  It doesn't take very much because the average person doesn't have the fist clue when it comes to being an entrepreneur or running a home based business.  

All you need to know is just “a little bit more” than they do and all of a sudden you become an expert.  So if you can just focus on continuing to learn and grow and then begin to share that with people your personal value level increases immediately.  

Success in this business depends on two things.  You increasing your value every single day, and then learning how to market that value to the world.  If you focus on constant learning and growth, getting better every day then that's half the battle.  

Stop looking for that one right person that's going to turn your business around, that's not how it works.  You need to stop looking for that person, and you need to start to BECOME that person.  When you make that shift, that's when things will change for you.
